We would like to introduce ourselves to you, and give you a little history about Suenoandaluz, our ethos, and what we do! From the beginning, the vision for Suenoandaluz, was to create an honest, legal and approachable service to people wishing to relocate or holiday in Spain.
Over the past few years too many estate agents dealt with illegal properties, and were only too keen in "making a quick buck", needless to say this gave Spanish estate agents a bad name.
Here at Suenoandaluz you can be assured that you, the client, are the most important factor in our business. We operate on a relaxed, professional and approachable basis. Whatever you are looking for we will endeavour to help you reach that goal.
Although we are a small team our ethos and values are high. We appreciate the problems and issues expats may have in moving to Costa de la Luz, and we firmly believe that honesty and an open approach is the best policy to running a business.
Mark and Mary set up the rental side of Suenoandaluz, which compliments our sales area very well. We offer complete bespoke rental packages, which can include meeting visitors at the airport and taking them to their villa, to arranging their car hire. Along with the rentals we are also offering a complete property maintenance package, again bespoke, which means we will take care of clients properties. From arranging every aspect of rentals, to simply organising their pool cleaning contracts.  | Mark Sandow has been a part of Suenoandaluz for over 5 years. Mark and his partner Mary came over from Cornwall in England 7 years ago and set up a business in the local town of Chiclana. The combined clothes and hairdressers, which Mary ran, grew in popularity year by year.
Mark's experience has been forged by his previous employment as a senior manager in the utilities sector. Mark's reshaping of the company and the internal changes of new ownership to Mary and himself, allowed for the continuation and success in his proposed expansion and continues to progress with the overall objectives for the future.
His knowledge of the surrounding areas of Cadiz and experience in the legalities of the Spanish market has cemented the credibility of Suenoandaluz.
Mark overviews the running of the company, but also works along side Rob, Lyn, Mary & Ross in Property Rentals, Sales & Management Services. |  | Rob has brought with him over 20 years senior management experience to ‘the team’. Rob and Mark will be working together on the project side of Sueno andaluz. Rob is an electrical engineer and his last job in the UK was in the senior management team of Molson Coors Brewing in Burton on Trent (previously Bass Brewers). Rob admits he loves an engineering challenge and will be dealing with all technical enquiries from well pumps and everyday household problems through to mains supply and solar power issues. Being Welsh Rob is a rugby fan and didn’t finish playing himself until he was 48. His nephew was Captain of Wales a few years ago so rugby runs deep in the family’s veins. |  | Lyn has joined the team at Suenoandaluz and will be working alongside Mary ensuring that the office and administration side of Suenoandaluz runs smoothly, and at the same time they will be keeping ‘the boys’ in line. Lyn has more years experience than she cares to admit to in mortgages, finance, and office administration. Lyn is also a teacher of English as a Foreign Language. When Rob & Lyn moved to the Costa de la Luz in 2006 they had a vision of playing golf and simply ´chilling out´. However, they both soon realized that boredom was setting in and that they were ‘too young’ to retire. Lyn and Rob share their lives with 3 young cats from the ’campo’ which they ‘adopted’ two years ago. |  | Mary joined the team at Suenoandaluz due to the increasing demand for the services that the company has to offer. The partner of Mark for over 20 years, her knowledge and experience of accounting procedures has proven priceless to the day to day running of Suenoandaluz. Working part time in the office whilst continuing to work with her client base obtained from the 5 years of running her shop Nuevo Look Fashion, located in the town of Chiclana.
Mary’s personality has always been of a kind and a helpful disposition, and enjoys her life to the full, with Mark, their three cats and until recently Jake who sadly died not to long ago. |  | Ross moved to Spain 4 years ago to join his parents in the area of Chiclana from the south east of Kent.
Being involved with Suenoandaluz for nearly 3 years, his knowledge and support to Mark in the various services that the company provides, has helped create the continuing development of the company while allowing his personality, work ethic, and professional approach to flourish. |
