From San Andres Golf take a short drive to the beaches at the exclusive area of Roche, the lovely beaches and golf courses in Novo Sancti Petri and to the holiday resort of Chiclana, La Barrosa, with promenade and a 15km long Blue Flag beach. You also have easy access to the main motorway that can take you in either direction to the old towns or white villages and other places of interest in this beautiful area of Andalucía. Or take the main road N340 down to Conil, explore this jewel on the Costa de la Luz, by day for its never ending beaches or at night for its nightlife and almost Ibiza style small cobbled streets with lots of pretty shops, open to the early hours of the morning. 

The spacious villa  offers a large open plan lounge/diner that has two large patio sliding doors. One going out to a covered furnished terrace and from there step into an enclosed large, mature and very well kept garden with pool, The garden mainly laid to lawn, offers lots of space for children to play and there is a sun terrace around the pool with sun loungers inviting to sunbathe, use the outside shower to cool down before stepping into the pool.

You have three large bedrooms.which will accommodate two double beds and two single beds,all have built in wardrobes, and have bedside tables and air- conditioning.

The kitchen will be modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge freezer, micro wave, electric kettle and of course all cutlery and crockery for your holiday requirements.

The lounge/diner will be s equipped with sofas, coffee table,TV,English,Dutch and German SAT TV, a dining table with matching chairs and other various pieces of accommodating furniture.
